<p style="text-align: center;">Li Min, Kou Jiushe,Yin Kejing</p><p style="text-align: center;">(Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine Shaanxi Xianyang 712000)&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract</strong>：<strong>Objective:</strong> to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of dysphagia and summarizes the national name of old Chinese teacher professor Yin Kejing points acupuncture experience &quot;swallowing point&quot; in the treatment&nbsp; of&nbsp; cerebral&nbsp; stroke.&nbsp; Methods:&nbsp; 60&nbsp; stroke&nbsp; patients&nbsp; were&nbsp; randomly&nbsp; divided&nbsp; into&nbsp; acupuncture &quot;swallowing&quot;&nbsp; group&nbsp; (treatment&nbsp; group)&nbsp; and&nbsp; rehabilitation&nbsp; training&nbsp; the&nbsp; treatment&nbsp; group&nbsp; (control&nbsp; group).&nbsp;<strong>Results</strong>: after statistical Watian drinking water test score, standardized swallowing assessment scale (SSA) before and after treatment, the scores of stroke swallowing function improved, can be two kinds of treatment methods to improve the swallowing function in patients with stroke, but &quot;swallowing&quot; acupuncture group than in rehabilitation group.&nbsp; Conclusion:&nbsp; the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on swallowing function in stroke patients is better than that in rehabilitation training group.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Keyword</strong>：acupuncture, &quot;swallowing Point&quot;,stroke,clinical observation</p><p><br/></p>
