摘要：研究目的：通过梳理总结针灸在美容、美体中的临床应用概况，结合笔者临床体会，为美容美体的治疗提供参考。方法 ：搜索 CNKI、VIP近10年来有关针灸与美容、美体的文献资料，分析归纳针灸在美容、美体中的运用概况；介绍笔者在临床中对美容提拉术后针刺快速修复皱褶及针刺改善拇外翻的案例。结果： 中医针灸疗法在美容、美体方面，尤其在治疗肥胖、痤疮、脱发、黄褐斑等损美疾病临床运用上，治疗方法多样；笔者的临床案例，引发针灸可以配合现代美容的治疗思考。结论：针刺在美容美体中具有广泛的应用前景。随着大众对美容美体的需求不断提高，针灸美容美体这种经济便捷高效的方法将会有更广阔的发展空间，需要广大针灸工作者在临床中不断运用探索。

The Application of Acupuncture in Cosmetology and Bodycare

Abstract: objective: to summarize the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in cosmetology and bodycare by combing and summarizing the clinical experience of the author, so as to provide reference for the treatment of cosmetology and bodycare.Methods: search the literatures aboutacupuncture,moxibustion,cosmetology and bodycare of CNKI and VIP in recent 10 years, analyze and summarize the general situation of the application of acupuncture and moxibustion in cosmetology and bodycare;This paper introduces the clinical cases of using acupuncture made rapid repair of skin folds created by cosmetic surgery and acupuncture made improvement of hallux valgus.Results: the acupuncture therapy of traditional Chinese medicine was widely used in cosmetology and bodycare, especially in the treatment of obesity, acne, alopecia, chloasma and other diseases.The author's clinical cases make the thinking of acupuncture can be combined with modern beauty treatment appear.Conclusions: acupuncture has wide application prospect in cosmetology and bodycare.With the continuous improvement of the public's demand for cosmetology and bodycare, acupuncture and moxibustion in cosmetology and bodycare is so practical convenient efficient that will have a broader development space, which needs the continuous application and exploration of the doctors.
