世界针灸学会联合会标准工作委员，为了满足世界针灸标准的建设需求，将启动并组织针灸国际标准新项目的征集工作，以确保针灸在全世界范围内高水平操作及安全应用。

　　一、申报原则

　　以公平、公正、透明为原则开展征集、审批流程。

　　二、申报领域

　　基于近期调研结果，以下领域可优先申报，申报领域包括、但不限于以下所列领域。

　　1.针灸教育

　　2.针灸临床实践指南

　　3.针灸技术操作与安全使用规范

　　4.草案及规范的编写通则

　　（1）指南

　　（2）技术操作

　　（3）安全使用

　　5.针灸术语

　　6.针灸服务管理

　　7.针灸临床研究管理规范

　　8.针灸相关仪器设备

　　三、申报要求

　　1.新项目需满足国际需求；

　　2.项目组需满足以下申报条件：

　　（1）既往有相关领域标准研制经验；

　　（2）具有充足经费支持；

　　（3）具备组织国际专家学者沟通交流能力；

　　（4）鼓励多国联合申报；

　　（5）鼓励人工智能相关标准申报。

　　四、申报流程

　　1.新项目资料提交

　　申请人请填写《2026年世界针联针灸国际标准新项目申请表》（附件1），并将新项目申请表、项目草案及参与专家列表（附件2）共三份文件，于2026年2月28日前发送至世界针联标准工作委员会秘书处邮箱(scwfas@126.com)。所有提交资料需为中英文版本。

　　2.世界针联标准工作委员会秘书处对提交资料进行形式审查

所有提交资料将由世界针联标准工作委员会审阅归档，符合申报条件的新项目将进入标准研制阶段。

Proposal for the collection of 2026 the new projects of the acupuncture and moxibustion standards WFAS

SC-WFAS is engaged in the organization, development and promotion of WFAS standards globally. In order to meet the demands of the acupuncture and moxibustion standards of member countries, the Standardization Working Committee of WFAS is launching the collection of the new projects of acupuncture and moxibustion standards. These new proposals will be proceeded under the organization of SC-WFAS so as to ensure the quality and safety of acupuncture in the world.

I. Principles

In accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality and transparency for collection, approval and proceeding.

II. Application fields

Based on the previous survey, the following fields are listed in priority:

1. Education of acupuncture and moxibustion

2. Technical benchmark of acupuncture and moxibustion

3. Clinical guideline on acupuncture and moxibustion

4. General Rules for Drafting and Formulation

(1) Guidelines;

(2) Technical benchmark;

(3) Safe use.

5. Terminology of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy;

6. Management of acupuncture and moxibustion service;

7. Clinical Practice of acupuncture and moxibustion research.

8. Acupuncture and moxibustion related instruments and equipment.

The application fields are as above but not limited to.

III. Application Requirements

1. New proposal should meet the international demand;

2.Project team should meet the following requirements;

(1) Research background in relevant fields for standard development;

(2) Adequate fund support;

(3) Efficient communication with the experts of the other countries.

(4) Joint submissions by multiple countries are encouraged.

(5) Submissions related to artificial intelligence are encouraged.

IV. Application Process

1.Document submission

Those who have the intentions on the application for WFAS standard, please fill up the 2026 Proposal Form of WFAS Standard Project (See File 1) and submit it with Draft and Panel list (See File 2) to the secretariat of SC-WFAS (scwfas@126.com) before February 28th, 2026.

All of the required documents must be in English and Chinese version.

2.Document review

All of the documents submitted will be reviewed by the Secretariat of SC- WFAS. The new proposal with the qualified documents will be proceeded to the next stage of SC-WFAS standard development.
