世界针灸学会联合会（世界针联，WFAS）是全球性针灸专业团体的联合会，是与世界卫生组织（WHO）建立正式关系的非政府组织，国际标准组织中医药技术委员会（ISO/TC249）A级联络组织。

您可填写附件中的入会申请表，请您填好后连同下述文件一并发回，如可能请尽量提供中英文双语版。

入会文件要求：

• 填写完整的入会申请表（中文或英文）；
• 学会简介；
• 学会在其当地注册成立的法定文件；
• 学会会长的履历——包括出生日期、现任职务、教育经历、工作经历、学术成果，均按时间顺序列出；附带照片。

常见问题

关于入会资格：参见世界针联章程第五条。会员必须是所在国或地区成立三年以上拥有50名成员以上的合法针灸学会或合法针灸机构，其中四分之三成员为针灸专业人员。

关于入会审批：我们收到材料后会分别发给世界针联资格审查委员和执行委员会做审批，总审批时间大约2个月。获不少于半数的支持票即可通过成为世界针联会员。

关于会费：团体会员会费根据团体会员人数而定。世界针联章程第三十八条规定，会员的年度会费，按照该团体的成员人数，以基本单位计算。每个基本单位的货币数额由执行委员会决定。

成员为200人以下者交两个基本单位，成员为201-400人者交五个基本单位，成员为401-600人者交八个基本单位，成员为601-800人者交十个基本单位，成员为801-1000人者交十五个基本单位，成员为1001人以上者交二十个基本单位；

目前一个基本单位为100美元。

关于新会员会费：新入会会员须入会时缴纳前2年的会费，第三年起正常按年缴费。

其他：新入会的团体会员单位，其成员均需加入世界针联成为团体会员的个人会员。世界针联秘书处可为其办理团体会员个人会员证书，并发放会徽，费用为50美金/人/五年（约合人民币350元）。

Instructions for membership application

Please fill in the offline application form.

World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies (WFAS) is an international union of organizations specialized in acupuncture and moxibustion, NGO in official relations with WHO and A Liaison to the TCM Technical Committee of ISO (ISO/TC249).

Please refer to WFAS Constitution (https://wfas.kejie.org.cn/c597) where in all requirement, rights and obligations of members are set forth. Basically, to become a WFAS member, you have to be a legally registered organization for more than 3 years and with at least 50 members, 3/4 of whom are acupuncture practitioners.

If you are qualified, please kindly fill the application form and send it back together with the following documents:

1. Completely-filled application form in English or Chinese.

2. Brief introduction to the organization.

3. The copy of registration certificate issued by authorities of the Government.

4. C.V. of the President of the organization, including the date of birth, current position, education background, working experiences and academic achievements, in chronological order, with a profile photo attached.

Your application documents will undergo a screening by WFAS Secretariat and we will contact you if we need any additional documents. Then we will initiate the 1^st approval by the Membership Qualification Committee and the 2^nd approval by the Executive Committee. Your application will be approved by no less than half in favor. The whole procedure will take around 2 months after our receiving your documents.

As for annual membership fees, please refer to Chapter XI Funds of WFAS Constitution. For your reference, one Basic Unit mentioned in the term regarding membership fee currently stands for 100 US dollars. Newly approved member societies are required to pay for the first 2 years upon joining WFAS.

(1) a member society with up to 200 individual members: 2 B.U.;

(2) a member society with 201-400 individual members: 5 B.U.;

(3) a member society with 401-600 individual members: 8 B.U.;

(4) a member society with 601-800 individual members: 10 B.U.;

(5) a member society with 801-1000 individual members: 15 B.U.;

(6) a member society with more than 1001 individual members: 20 B.U.;

Individual members of the new group member can apply to the Secretariat for WFAS individual Membership Certificate and WFAS emblem. The charge is 50 USD (350RMB) per person for a five-year term of validity.
