三焦针法对痴呆小鼠线粒体膜通道孔开放的调控及神经细胞凋亡的影响

<p style="text-align: center;">付 于<sup>1</sup>,王 亮2,邢 菁3,郭睿婧4,韩秀娣2</p><p style="text-align: center;">( 1.天津中医药大学第一附属医院,天津 300193;2. 天津中医药大学,天津 300193;3. 黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院,哈尔滨150009;4. 天津市环湖医院,天津300193)</p><p style="text-align: justify;">摘要:研究目的:“三焦针法”对痴呆小鼠线粒体膜通道孔(mPTP)开放的调控,探究“三焦针法”对阿尔茨海默病神经细胞凋亡的影响。研究方法: ①选取快速老化小鼠SAMP8为模型,使用荧光分光光度计检测,通过测得相对荧光数值(RFU),观察小鼠皮质、海马线粒体的RUF值,以及“三焦针法”对线粒体膜通道孔活性的影响② 选取快速老化小鼠SAMP8为模型,采用TUNEL法分别检测阿兹海默病模型小鼠海马、皮层组细胞凋亡IHS值。研究结果: ①相对于SAMR1组,SAMP8对照组与非穴组的RUF值明显降低,针刺组与SAMR1组没有显著差异。②海马:各组间IHS评分比较无明显差异,p&gt;0.05;模型组较SAMR1组细胞凋亡IHS评分有升高的趋势,p&gt;0.05;针刺组较模型组有下降的趋势,p&gt;0.05;皮层:模型组细胞凋亡IHS评分大于SAMR1组,p&lt;0.05;非穴组大于SAMR1组,p&lt;0.05;针刺组少于非穴组,p&lt;0.05;针刺组较模型组有下降的趋势,p&gt;0.05;其余各组间比较均无明显差异,p&gt;0.05。研究结论: “三焦针法”能够抑制痴呆小鼠线粒体膜通道孔活性、及神经细胞的凋亡。</p><p style="text-align: justify;">关键词:针灸学;三焦针法;线粒体膜通道孔;阿尔茨海默病;神经细胞凋亡</p><p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Effect of triple energizer acupuncture method on the opening of mitochondrial membrane channel pore and apoptosis in dementia rats</strong></p><p style="text-align: center;">FUYu<sup>1</sup>,WANG Liang<sup>2</sup>,XING Jing<sup>3</sup>,GUO Ruijing<sup>4</sup>,HAN Xiudi<sup>2&nbsp;</sup></p><p style="text-align: center;">(1. Materials and Methods:① The value of mouse cortex and cortex mitochondria and the effect of triple energizer acupuncture on mitochondrial membrane channel were investigated by measuring relative fluorescence value (RFU ). the apoptotic IHS values of hippocampus and picengzu cells were detected by TUNEL method. Results: ① Compared with the SAMR1 group, the RUF values of SAMP8 control group and non acupoint group decreased significantly, and there was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and SAMR1 group. ② Hippocampus: there was no significant difference in IHS score between each group, p &gt; 0.05; The expression of apoptotic IHS in model group was higher than that in SAMR1 group, p &gt; 0.05; Compared with the model group, the acupuncture group had a decreasing tendency, p &gt; 0.05; Cortex: the score of apoptosis was more than SAMR1 group, p &lt; 0.05; Non acupoint group was greater than SAMR1 group, p &lt; 0.05; The acupuncture group was less than non acupoint group, p &lt; 0.05; Compared with the model group, the acupuncture group had a decreasing tendency, p &gt; 0.05; There was no significant difference in the other groups, p &gt; 0.05. Conclusion:The triple energizer acupuncture can inhibit the apoptosis of hippocampal mitochondrial membrane channel and neuron apoptosis in dementia rats.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Keywords: acupuncture, triple energizer acupuncture method, mPTP, Alzheimer&#39;s disease, neuronal apoptosis</p><p><br/></p>
